Our People
Glenn Blackman MBA MCIM established Improvia over 6 years ago to offer Support for Directors and Research Services. He works as a Business Executive supporting the directors of a range of different organisations with a variety of different projects. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Affiliate of the Market Research Society.

We can help you with all aspects of your business whether you need to get tasks completed or you need an injection of new ideas. Time is charged on an hourly or day rate basis (plus travel and subsistence where applicable) so you have full control of the costs as you can decide how much support you require. We have found that our rates compare very favourably with those of our competitors.

All our Research Executives are experienced and trained in-house in the techniques and skills that are required to understand the way that customers and prospective customers think and buy. We charge for their time on a day rate basis and we can estimate the amount of time required for a particular project and so give you a firm cost quotation.
